• Velvety potato & white onion soup with thyme butter served with a crusty roll
• Zesty crayfish cocktail with a rich Marie rose sauce & bread roll
• Chicken, black grape & celery salad bound in a herb mayonnaise with watercress leaves.
• Rich pork & garlic pate with a dark plum chutney & sliced croute

Mains
• Roast Striploin of Beef served with roasted potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, creamed mash & trimmings.
• Thyme & Garlic roasted turkey Served with creamed mash & Christmas trimmings
• Slow roasted leg of lamb served with mash & rich rosemary Jus.
• Pan fried salmon fillet served with spring onion mash and a lemon grass & Chardonnay veloute.
